About the role
Are you passionate about digital tools and effective communication? Do you want to use your IT skills to help our organisation work smarter and connect better?
We’re looking for a Digital and Communications Officer to support and develop our digital systems, manage our website, produce engaging newsletters and handle data analysis and reporting. You’ll also provide IT support, help adopt new technologies, and assist with administrative tasks to keep our team running smoothly. Every aspect of your work will contribute directly to our mission: helping everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
If you have experience with Google Workspace, website management, data handling, and strong communication skills, plus a curious, proactive approach to technology, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and play a key role in improving how we operate and communicate, all while supporting our community and promoting equality and diversity.
We welcome applications from candidates who wish to work remotely (from within the UK), hybrid or from one of our office locations: Harrogate, Malton, Northallerton, Richmond, Scarborough or Selby.
