About the role
We're recruiting Community Advisers and as the name suggests you'd be in the community (and on the phone), providing advice and assistance to people across the range of advice topics: benefits, debt, employment, family, housing, immigration, and more. The development pathway for this role leads to becoming a qualified adviser with the scope to progress to caseworker level.

The role is:
- open to people who are qualified to deliver advice or are keen to receive training to qualify,
- hybrid, a mix of community, office-based work, and home working,
- full or part-time.
