Welfare Benefits Team Caseworker/Supervisor – Citizens Advice Sefton
We’re seeking an experienced welfare benefits adviser to supervise our Benefits Team, ensuring high-quality advice and support across Sefton. You’ll lead on technical guidance, staff development, and quality assurance, while managing your own caseload.
Essential:
Minimum 2 years’ welfare benefits advice experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commitment to social justice and team collaboration
