This is your chance to influence and innovate within a vital service, ensuring we continue to provide essential, free, and confidential advice.
This role is all about leading change. You’ll be instrumental in shaping CA-SH's strategic direction, focusing on enhancing our service delivery and ensuring long-term sustainability. A key part of your mission will be to explore and implement transformational opportunities, including potential integration with other local Citizens Advice services across Surrey. This strategic foresight is crucial, especially with the evolving local government landscape.
Your expertise will be vital in developing and executing a robust fundraising strategy, diversifying our income streams and forging new, impactful partnerships. You’ll be the driving force behind securing projects that align with our mission and broaden our reach. Furthermore, you'll empower our dedicated staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
We're looking for a proven leader with a strong background in the voluntary sector, ideally with experience in Citizens Advice. You must possess a demonstrable track record in strategic development, income generation, and change management. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential to inspire our team and build crucial relationships with funders and stakeholders.
