Session Supervisor

We’re looking for a Session Supervisor to join our friendly team in South Suffolk, playing a key role in delivering high‑quality, confidential and impartial advice to local residents. The role is required for a Monday, however there are regular opportunities for holiday cover.

Working alongside our existing Session Supervisors and our team of staff and volunteers, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day running of advice sessions, supporting advisers and ensuring smooth service delivery. You’ll maintain high quality standards through case checking, feedback and monthly QAA, support our research and campaigns work, identify training needs and support the development of trainees, alongside our volunteer Training Officer.

We are currently undergoing a change of leadership and preparing for a move to new premises later this year. Your role will be vital in helping the team stay focused, positive and well‑supported during these changes.

- Permanent contract, 7.5 hours per week on a Monday, plus holiday cover

- Salary £15.85 per hour
