Supervisor

Wiltshire Citizens Advice is looking for motivated and collaborative people to help shape and develop our advice services during an exciting period of growth and change.

In this role you will work alongside paid and volunteer advisers and support them as they provide advice to clients, including advice about welfare benefits, debt, housing and other enquiry areas.

You will manage and supervise advice sessions, these include our face to face appointments sessions in Trowbridge, Chippenham and Salisbury, as well our email and telephone sessions which are delivered both remotely and in offices. You will work alongside a team of supervisors making the best use of available resources to ensure clients experience a consistent and positive journey.

You will ensure quality standards are maintained and enhanced. Our ideal candidate will share our goal of ensuring our services are client focused and effective and will also have the experience and the ability to provide strong support and supervision to our advisers.
