Citizens Advice Response to BEIS’ Smart Metering Implementation Programme Consultation on Future Coordinated Consumer Engagement
Citizens Advice responds to BEIS’ consultation on future coordinated consumer engagement in the smart meter programme, supporting an expansion of the remit of Smart Energy GB to include an increased role in the coordination of activities of energy suppliers and to continue particular work for consumers who may encounter barriers in realising the benefits of smart meters.
