Citizens Advice has significant concerns about the needs of consumers with SMETS1 meters and supports efforts to ensure that they are able to benefit as much as possible from the smart meter rollout. Our response outlines our concerns as well as highlighting potential alternative means to achieve the same effect for consumers.
