As government, the regulator, the energy industry and new emerging market players all battle to shape the future energy market, Citizens Advice has been working to understand what consumers will want and need from the market as it changes.

At this one-day conference Citizens Advice took a closer look at technology, policy and regulation to help shape thinking across the sector.

Chair of the Energy System Data Taskforce and Director of the Transforming Energy Regulation Commission Laura Sandys chaired the event with an opening speech from Chair of Ofgem, Martin Cave.
