Citizens Advice response to Ofgem’s Statutory Consultation on the RIIO-3 Licence Drafting modifications
Citizens Advice believe these licence conditions do not accurately reflect the consultation position in Draft Determinations or the decision in Final Determinations with regards to how equity beta, derived from the asset beta, is set through the Price Control Financial Models (PCFMs). It is our view that this error must be corrected before RIIO-3 licence modifications can be made.
