We support the Energy Code Reform programme which aims for consistency across code bodies, to promote faster and more efficient decision-making, and to better enable the energy transition as detailed within the Ofgem Strategic Direction Statement.

The majority of the questions relate to implementation of previously consulted-upon items where we have made prior input. We have provided additional comments for those areas where there are new proposals relating to policy or procedures. We are supportive of the proposals, and in particular, welcome the outlined designations for the different types of code sub-committees which should provide appropriate precedent for future code manager development
