About our advice service

Adviceline is our recommended first point of contact for clients seeking help 03444 111 444 (local rate).

Drop-in Sessions: The office operates a short face to face assessment process every day during these sessions to provide help and information and to signpost clients to the best source of advice and help. Following this further advice appointments are organised where appropriate.

Be aware: Due to high demand on our first come first served face to face service - you may have to wait to be seen or be required to return on another occasion. If you have mobility issues or this will be difficult for you, we recommend you contact adviceline in the first instance who will make a scheduled appointment where needed to avoid any inconvenience.

Appointment Only Sessions: During sessions listed as having no drop in service as available it is unlikely you will be seen without an appointment. Please do not attend during these times unless you have an arranged appointment as we will be unable to see you.
