About our advice service
We feel that it is important to let all our clients know what actions we are taking in response to Coronavirus and recent guidance issued by the Government. We are committed to ensuring the safety of all clients as well as our volunteers and staff. We are also aware of the needs of our clients and for this reason, we are determined to continue to meet demand. However, this does mean that we have had to make some changes to our operations for the foreseeable future.
We've stopped giving face to face advice.
You can get advice:
• by phone – 0300 330 1174
• by email – firstname.lastname@example.org
• on the Citizens Advice website
• online - read about online chat
Please Note that we have had trouble connecting to our mail server from 10th to 21st April and as a result were unable to send or receive emails. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused and ask if you could resend your emails so that we can attend to your enquiries.
