About our advice service
Coronavirus Update: We have decided to move towards a solely telephone-based service to safeguard our clients and staff. All face-to-face services are currently suspended.
You can still access advice on the national website or by calling to speak to an adviser at 0300 330 2107.
If you need help with your new claim for Universal credit we are offering assistance via the telephone on 0800 144 8 444 or webchat via www.citizensadvice.org.uk
We regret that we can only assist clients who live or work in the Epping Forest District Council area. People who live in the surrounding areas such as Redbridge, Waltham Forest or Broxbourne must contact their local advice services even if we happen to be the nearest Citizens Advice to where they live.
Advice is also available on line at citizensadvice.org.uk
