About our advice service
We are increasingly busy and sometimes people wait a very long time to see one of our advisers when only a short piece of information or a leaflet is required.
From January 2016 we are operating a new system to help more people and reduce waiting times. Whether you call in or telephone your enquiry will be assessed so we can decide what needs to happen next. You may be given information, referred to a more suitable agency or you may be offered an appointment with an adviser.
