About our advice service
New Clients needing advice should call Adviceline on 0344 4111 444. If you are calling from a mobile you may be asked for a landline number, this is so you can be transferred to your local office. If you do not have a landline, please enter a number local to you. You will not be contacted on the number you give. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
You can also ask for help in accessing Adviceline at our offices on Pebble Lane in Aylesbury.
Please note that advice cannot be given at reception.
You can also ‘Drop In’ for a short 10 minute assessment with one of our volunteers who will take you through your next steps. Please see local pages for open times.
Existing clients needing further advice on the same issue can make an appointment by telephoning us during opening hours on 01296 329 854. Select Option 2 to get through to the Aylesbury Office.
