About the role
Make a difference where it matters most
As a Foodbank Adviser, you’ll provide accredited advice tailored to each client’s needs, helping them navigate challenges and access essential support. You’ll play a key role in assisting individuals and families facing hardship, with the opportunity to take on limited casework when needed. Additionally, you’ll train and support volunteers, ensuring they have the skills to help those in crisis.

Main Responsibilities:
•Ensure all advice complies with the organisation’s Quality Standards, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and GDPR
•Maintain records on Casebook (our case recording and customer relationship management system) to ensure consistency, continuity and statistical monitoring.
•Ensure feedback is obtained from users of the service
•Produce reports, case studies and feedback for key stakeholders, including funders and partner agencies
•Collaborate with colleagues in NCA, Trussell Trust, and partner agencies to ensure service availability
