Role: We need a generalist adviser to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.
Specific requirements:
- Experience delivering advice with a particular focus on benefits, and debt as well as
housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, and family issues.
- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks
- What you can bring to our organisation
You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
Starting salary: £24,982 - £25,741 (depending on experience)
Reports to: Team Leader
Location: Swansea Office and outreach locations throughout Neath Port Talbot.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37

Trainees will be considered but trainee generalists must have prior knowledge and awareness of current debt and benefits areas
