Would you be willing to be trained to answer the telephone to callers and listen sensitively whilst they explain their problem? Would you like to gain skills in identifying key information, assessing the options and taking action when appropriate?
If so, we are recruiting people to join Adviceline, the Citizens Advice national telephone service, and train as telephone assessors. You will become part of an internationally recognised organisation and given all the support and encouragement you need. And, best of all, you’ll be helping hundreds of callers get the help and support they need.
