How much it costs to phone Citizens Advice
Citizens Advice will not charge you to call our national phone service or consumer helpline, however your service provider might do.
Calls to our national phone service and consumer helpline are free from mobiles and landlines. These numbers begin with 0800 or 0808.
Calls to numbers that begin with 03 cost the same as calling landline numbers that, begin with 01 and 02. They'll be included as part of a mobile allowance or a landline call package.
You'll be charged for calls not included in your landline package or if you go over your mobile allowance. Calls will also be charged if you don't have a call package with your provider.
