We offer telephone appointments for residents of Melton Borough. Pre-booked face-to-face appointments are available at the Hope Centre on second and fourth Mondays of the month.

If you look for advice, please call our free phone line first as this is the qucikest way to get support. If your query requires more time, we will book a telephone appointment. We don’t have a permanent office in the Melton area but we hold regular community advice sessions at the Hope Centre for pre-booked face to face appointments and drop ins. You can find us at the Hope Centre on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month, 11.30am – 13.30pm.
