About the role
The Frontline Specialist Advisor will act as the first point of contact for people affected by cancer seeking financial well-being advice, guidance, and practical support.
The role will involve providing specialist triage, initial assessment, and advice, ensuring individuals are directed to the most appropriate support within the service or through partner organisations.
Working as part of a centralised triage function, the Frontline Specialist Advisor will assess the needs of people affected by cancer and determine the appropriate level of intervention, including:
immediate advice and guidance
onward referral to specialist casework services
signposting to external support services where appropriate
light casework services
Interviews will take place w/c 20 April and w/c 27 April
