To support our busy supervisor team, we’re looking for an experienced Case checker / Quality Advice Assessment (QAA Reviewer) who shares our passion for delivering excellent, accessible and impactful advice.

⭐ What You’ll Do

As our Quality Reviewer & Case checker, you will:

• Monitor case records and telephone calls to ensure they meet the Citizens Advice Quality Advice Assessment (QAA) Standard.

• Provide constructive, developmental feedback to volunteers and staff.

• Identify learning needs, support continuous improvement, and protect clients from detriment.

• Contribute to maintaining high-quality, consistent service delivery across the organisation.

• Work closely with the supervisor team and Advice Services Manager to uphold excellence in advice provision.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience of case checking in line with Citizens Advice frameworks and the QAA Standard.

• The ability to give and receive feedback objectively, sensitively, and constructively.

• A strong understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in advice work and supervision.

• Clear, confident communication skills—written and verbal.

• The ability to maintain high personal standards and support others to do the same.

• An understanding of the issues affecting clients and the wider social context.

• Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital case management systems.

• A commitment to continuous professional development.
