About the role
The Wellbeing and Inclusion Practitioner is a new and exciting role that will be instrumental in embedding inclusive practices and wellbeing support across our organisation whilst generating sustainable income through delivering specialist services to external partners. This dual-focused role involves creating an environment where all staff and volunteers feel valued and supported, whilst building our reputation as a centre of excellence for workplace wellbeing and inclusion consultancy.
You will be a trusted advisor internally, supporting our team’s wellbeing and championing inclusion initiatives. Externally, you’ll develop and deliver training, consultancy and support services to businesses and organisations seeking to enhance their wellbeing provision and inclusion practices, with a particular focus on Disability Confident accreditation and reasonable adjustments.
The main purpose of the role:
Champion wellbeing and inclusion across Citizens Advice LeicesterShire, ensuring all staff and volunteers feel valued, supported and able to thrive
Generate sustainable income by delivering high-quality wellbeing and inclusion consultancy, training and support services to external organisations
Provide specialist support for Disability Confident applications, workplace assessments and reasonable adjustments for both individuals and organisations
Design and deliver impactful training for line managers on supporting wellbeing, mental health awareness, and creating inclusive workplaces
Build productive partnerships with businesses, HR consultancies, health providers and local authorities across Leicester, Leicestershire and beyond
