About the role

Join our team as an Energy Debt Adviser and take on a truly rewarding role supporting individuals facing financial hardship due to energy debt. Working within our dedicated Consumer Energy Debt Advice (CEDA) Service, you will deliver remote, personalised advice to clients struggling with energy arrears, helping them understand their options and find sustainable solutions. Through tailored guidance, budgeting support, and access to appropriate financial assistance, you will empower people to regain control of their finances, improve their wellbeing, and move towards a more stable and secure future.
