Generalist Adviser

Role: We need an experienced generalist adviser who can deliver advice across a range of subjects to help people find a way forward. You will be able to provide accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.

Specific requirements needed for the role:

- Experienced delivering advice in benefits and debt with a particular focus on income maximisation. As well as advice in housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, and family issues.

- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks

- What you can bring to our organisation

You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
