About the role
We are looking for Energy and Money Advisers to make a real difference where it matters most.
As an Energy and Money Adviser, you’ll support members of the local community who are struggling with or at risk of fuel poverty during the cost of living crisis. Using a personalised, casework approach, you’ll provide practical guidance on budgeting, understanding energy bills, accessing benefits, and applying for grants, while working closely with partner organisations to deliver meaningful support.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help people regain control of their finances and energy use, with full support provided to achieve a Level 3 Energy Awareness qualification if you don’t already hold one.
