About the role

Citizens Advice Brighton & Hove is looking for a committed Project Manager to lead our Energyworks service, our Energy Reach Community Project and Advice First Aid training programme. You’ll manage a skilled team of advisers, deliver life-changing support to residents, and drive innovative work to reduce fuel poverty and improve local housing standards.

In this varied leadership role you will:

-Manage citywide energy advice projects and supervise a small team.

-Lead on outreach projects across the city, creating partnerships with organisations.

-Oversee Advice First Aid training, helping partners recognise advice needs and refer clients.

-Lead engagement with tenants, landlords and letting agents to promote energy efficiency and tackle damp and mould.

-Represent CABH in local networks and contribute to citywide fuel poverty strategy.

-Play a key role in the senior leadership team.

You’ll be an experienced project manager and adviser, a strong leader who motivates teams, and someone passionate about social justice and improving outcomes for vulnerable residents.
