About the role
Citizens Advice Solent East are looking to recruite a Home and Well Adviser to support our service this role will focus upon achieving and recording Priority Service Register. Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners to support the ongoing needs of the project. Organising and delivering weekly half day clinics. Recording case studies and completing follow up appointments with clients. Completing initial financial assessments primarily in a hospital setting. Arranging, attending and recording Client Home visits.
