Energy Savers Campaign

In response to the issues with the energy market, Citizens Advice and the Energy Saving Trust are sharing information and advice to help people manage their energy bills. Throughout this yearlong campaign, we will deliver key energy advice to clients across England and Wales, focusing on the key issues within the energy market and reassuring them that Citizens Advice is here to provide support.

By using our most visited advice pages, and through workshops with energy advisers from the network of local Citizens Advice offices, we have developed resources to help you deliver energy advice to those who need it most - from what to do if your energy supplier goes bust to how to save money through using less energy.

You can find energy advice resources in the following formats:

• Energy Advice Booklets and leaflets. Files available for in house or external printing in the following languages:

- Arabic

- English

- Polish

- Romanian

- Ukrainian

- Welsh/English

• Our energy advice booklet is also available in Easy Read, split out into 3 booklets covering the following information:

- Helping you with your energy bills

- Contacting your energy supplier about a problem

- Things you can do to use less energy and save money at home

• Our Social Media pack - containing draft social content and images

We are keen to work with partners who can help us reach consumers who are not able to access the internet or those who are at risk of fuel poverty.
