Stop before you shop

In 2022, our National Consumer Campaign focused on helping consumers shop wisely. It was the season to bag a bargain, ahead of Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the festive holidays. But sometimes we get less than we bargained for, and lots of people have been coming to us about fake or faulty goods that they’ve been sold online.

We don’t want that to happen to you. That’s why we raised awareness of how to shop safely, what to look out for and what to do if things go wrong.
