Response to Ofgem's second consultation on reviewing the impact of COVID on the price cap 122 KB

Ofgem was proposing to revise the energy price cap to account for higher levels of bad debt caused by the pandemic. We expressed concerns on the quality and transparency of the evidence base it was using to justify its decision.
