Your responses on this form, including your name, address and contact details will be emailed to Southampton Citizens Advice Bureau for volunteer recruitment. A copy of your responses will also be stored by National Citizens Advice for up to one year and will only be used:

for monitoring purposes
to request feedback about your experience of using the Citizens Advice website to apply for volunteering opportunities (participation is voluntary)
to follow up about whether you decided to become a volunteer with us (participation is voluntary)
