Your responses on this form, including your name, address and contact details will be emailed to Citizens Advice Lincoln & Lindsey (Louth) for volunteer recruitment. This is done under our legitimate interests in facilitating volunteering for Citizens Advice. They will contact you directly to progress your volunteering application. A copy of your response to this form will also be securely stored by National Citizens Advice for up to one year and will only be used:

for monitoring purposes
to request feedback about your experience of using the Citizens Advice website to apply for volunteering opportunities (participation is voluntary)
to follow up about whether you decided to become a volunteer with us (participation is voluntary)
