Chat is usually available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. It's not available on public holidays.

If no advisers are available

You can use our online form to contact us about an energy problem.

If you’re having problems connecting

It might take a few minutes to connect you to an adviser.

Some ‘ad blocker’ software stops chat working. If you use an ad blocker, make sure to add citizensadvice.org.uk as a trusted site.
