This is a response to Ofgem's consultation on its Simplification Plan for the year 2016 -17. The topics the response deals with are Innovation, Future Retail regulation (a move to more principles based regulation), Third Party Intermediaries (for example switching websites), Behavioral Insights, Price Control,  Code Governance and Stakeholder Relations
