Although price is often most important, it's a good idea to look at how well your energy supplier deals with customer service.

Every 3 months, we compare suppliers across 5 different categories and rank how good their customer service is - we score each supplier out of 5.

Many energy suppliers have made changes to their services because of coronavirus, such as giving vulnerable customers priority access to their phone lines. These changes might affect their current star rating.

If you can't find your supplier in the table, we might not have enough data to give them an overall score. You can find these suppliers at the bottom of the page.
