We are seeking to employ one full time employment caseworker. The successful candidate will assist in delivering advice and support to clients that live across North and Mid Wales. We aim to support clients resolve their employment issues through advice and support tailored to their needs. This can include ongoing casework, support through grievance processes, settlement agreements, through to representation at tribunal. The successful candidate will be expected to work a hybrid model of delivery - working at CAF offices, outreach sessions as well as from home. You will be expected to provide advice via omni-channels such as face to face, telephone and email.
