36.25 (between Mon-Fri 8am and 7pm, additional Saturdays or evening work would be arranged on a rotational basis)

As a debt adviser:

  • You will use sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to engage with clients who are vulnerable and distressed.
  • You will help them understand their options to resolve their situation and support them when required to draft budgets and make realistic offers to creditors.
  • You will need to be able to take the initiative to meet targets, have excellent oral and written skills and good numerical skills to calculate benefits and accurately compile financial statements.
