We are seeking to employ one full time Welfare Rights benefit caseworker. The successful candidate will assist in delivering advice and support to clients who live in Flintshire. We aim to support clients resolve their benefit issues through advice and support tailored to their needs. This can include ongoing casework, assisting with complex benefit issues, support with appeals - through to representation at tribunal.

The successful candidate will be expected to work a hybrid model of delivery - working at CAF offices, outreach sessions, as well as from home. You will be expected to provide advice via omni-channels such as face to face, telephone and email.
