About our advice service

Citizens Advice Waltham Forest provides Information Advice and Advocacy Services for residents of Waltham Forest. You can contact us for help on 0300 330 1175 9.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. Our advisers will help you resolve your problem. If required they will make you an appointment to see someone. You can also contact us by email - a web form is available on this website for you to complete. Once we receive your email we will be in touch within 48 hours.

If you require advocacy support you or a carer can contact our Adviceline 0300 330 1175. Our advisers will then link you to an advocate.

If you have a child with a special educational need or a disability or you are a child or young person with a special educational need or a disability, please call our dedicated Special Educational Needs and/or Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) on 020 3233 0251. You can also send a referral by email to: wfsendiass@walthamforestcab.org.uk .
