Why we need you:
We’ve obtained short-term funding to support services that are seeing increased demand due to the cost of living crisis. Although this is a fixed term role, next year we’ll be looking for opportunities to extend it, as we’ve identified a need for more supervision time in our core service. This could be a great opportunity for someone who wants to join our team on a permanent basis and eventually develop into management – with our support, many of our management team have progressed up from casework and supervision roles.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need to be familiar with the Citizens Advice quality standards, advice model and assessment process. The post-holder will ideally have a strong advice background and be confident supporting volunteers helping clients with a range of social welfare issues.
Our commitment to EDI:
We’re passionate about promoting equity, valuing diversity and working inclusively. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified people but particularly people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups and people with disabilities, as these groups are currently under-represented in our team.
