As a Mental Health Service Caseworker with Citizens Advice East Berkshire, you’ll provide specialist support, delivering expert advice and casework to empower our clients towards recovery and independence.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide specialist advice and casework, supporting clients with informed choices and decisions.
• Conduct advocacy and representation at tribunals and court hearings.
• Maintain a focus on achieving positive outcomes, including financial gains and improved well-being.

Person Specification: We seek someone with compassion, drive, and prior advice-giving experience. Dedication to achieving optimal client outcomes, along with proficient organisational and communication skills.
