Citizens Advice Cornwall is looking for 3 full time Advice and Training Supervisors to work from each of our hub offices in Camborne, Truro and Liskeard to support our paid and volunteer advisers in their role giving advice. This is a great opportunity to work with dedicated and well-trained teams delivering advice and guidance to those in our community who need help. The role is key to providing a smooth and efficient service available throughout the county via phone, webchat, email, video appointment and face to face.

We offer:

• 37 hours per week (full time Monday – Friday)

• Based at one of Citizens Advice Cornwall’s hub offices, either in Camborne, Truro or Liskeard

• Salary: FTE £26,500 - £32,000 (Band D) per annum, pro rata for part-time work.
