The Trainee Advice Professional and Supervisor is an exciting new opportunity at Citizens Advice Somerset that has been developed in order to welcome people into an advice career. The traineeship represents an opportunity for those who lack direct experience of working within an advice service or who have limited advice technical expertise. The successful applicant will join a training pathway into advising and then onto advising and supervising. We anticipate the traineeship will run for up to 18 months (depending on candidates' transferrable skills and knowledge).
