Citizens Advice consumer service operations team

The Citizens Advice consumer service operations team is responsible for managing the service and the contracts with our suppliers. This team is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, including:

  • service planning and development
  • performance, quality and contract management
  • training development, management and delivery
  • provision of subject matter expertise
  • forecasting and reporting
  • database access, training and reporting

Urgent response required

In some cases service partners will require an urgent response to feedback, for example when contact information is incorrect or incomplete on an urgent referral, such as a safety matter or disconnection case.
