As a County Supervisor, you’ll directly lead and support our team. You’ll ensure that clients receive excellent advice services that meet Citizens Advice standards.

The main purpose of the role:

  • Oversee advice sessions/projects: ensure we’re meeting client needs and reaching our goals.
  • Team development: monitor performance and provide feedback to help staff and volunteers grow.
  • Maintain quality standards: check cases, offer support, and work to keep our advice top-notch.
  • Gather insights: collect data and prepare reports to help us understand our clients better.

About you: You’re passionate about helping others and want to create a welcoming, supportive work environment. You’re also a good communicator, an approachable leader and enjoy helping people reach their potential.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Communicate effectively: express yourself clearly in writing, in person and over the phone.
