Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate to work in volunteer administration and development. The job holder will focus on co-ordinating volunteer recruitment, onboarding and retention.

Duties and responsibilities:

Co-ordinate recruitment of volunteers to achieve team targets

● Advertise volunteer roles.

● Support the management team in updating materials such as Volunteer Role Descriptions.

● Produce publicity materials advertising for volunteer roles such as recruitment posters/flyers, case studies, and community newsletters.

● Run recruitment drives through various comms channels including digital and social media, community and partner newsletters and the distribution of local flyers/poster.

● Ability to receive and provide feedback productively and sensitively and a commitment to continuous professional development.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

● High level of IT competency and familiarity with the google workspace suite.
